Attention Property Owners!

If you are renting your property out, you have the option to transfer the account into your renter's name(s) as they move-in.  Please be sure to inform us of a new tenant move-in before they occupy the property so we can charge accordingly.

If you prefer, you can leave the account in your name at all times and charge your tenant(s) how you see fit.  This will ensure no interruption in service in the event of misinformation.
Additionally, if you are using a property management company that manages your rental(s), we can add their information to the property account and they will be able to make necessary changes.


***IN EVERY SITUATION, THE PROPERTY OWNER IS THE SOLE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PAST DUE BALANCES.  IF A TENANT MOVES OUT AND LEAVES A BALANCE, THE BALANCE WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE OWNER FOR PAYMENT***
